नैनो विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आई.एन.एस.टी), मोहाली (पंजाब), भारत सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (डीएसटी) का एक स्वायत्त अनुसंधान संस्थान, जो नैनो मिशन की छत्रछाया के अंतर्गत स्थापित है, जिसे भारत में डीएसटी द्वारा नैनोसाइंस और नैनोटेक्नोलॉजी के क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए शुरू किया गया है। आई.एन.एस.टी. ने 3 जनवरी 2013 को मोहाली, पंजाब में अपने ट्रांजिट कैंपस से अपनी गतिविधियां शुरू कीं थी।
